"Language - Paralanguage" is an art project, which explores the sound-world of the 44 official languages spoken in Europe. It is funded by Arts Council England, Artpoint and Dada South. Oxford Castle, the ghostly neighbourhood...
Ann Rapstoff and myself had two public art events in this location. Both times the experience was the same, bad weather and no people.
The good news is that I managed to recruit some interviewees and most of all had a lovely time with Ann.
